Gourmet Sausage Rolls

Thanks to Wild Saffron, Clare's award-winning gourmet cafe, food store and catering business, for this fast, easy and delicious sausage roll recipe.

  1. Buy any of Mathie's Meat Shoppe's sausages (there are 45 flavours to choose from)
  2. Remove the skin
  3. Use Careme pastry, traditional, all-natural pastry made in the Barossa Valley
  4. Place the sausage meat on the pastry, form the rolls and cook in the oven. Simple!

Hint: 1 sheet pastry + 2 sausages = 6 sausage rolls
