- Buy any of Mathie's Meat Shoppe's sausages (there are 45 flavours to choose from)
- Remove the skin
- Use Careme pastry, traditional, all-natural pastry made in the Barossa Valley
- Place the sausage meat on the pastry, form the rolls and cook in the oven. Simple!
Hint: 1 sheet pastry + 2 sausages = 6 sausage rolls
